Can you access my building if I'm not home?
Yes. We coordinate directly with your building's concierge or front desk and follow their specific check-in procedures. Most clients provide us with a spare key, lockbox code, or smart lock access. Once we are set up in the building's vendor system, we handle everything independently — you just come home to a clean space.
Do you clean the balcony?
We clean all accessible balcony surfaces including railings, floor tiles, outdoor furniture, and interior-facing glass doors and windows. We do not perform exterior window washing on high-rise buildings as that requires specialized rigging equipment — but we can recommend trusted window washing companies we work alongside in several buildings.
My HOA has strict rules about service providers. Can you comply?
Absolutely — we are fully accustomed to working within HOA guidelines. We comply with scheduled elevator usage, service entrance requirements, noise restrictions, designated parking, and vendor registration processes.
