1. Services

Post Construction Cleaners LLC provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to post-construction cleaning, vacation rental turnovers, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, regular cleaning, office cleaning, and condo cleaning throughout Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided through our website, phone, or in person are non-binding and subject to change based on the actual scope and condition of the property upon arrival. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the job scope differs significantly from the original estimate.

3. Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide our team with safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes unlocking doors, securing pets, and removing personal items from areas to be cleaned if applicable. We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by lack of access or preparation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full estimated amount.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address your concerns at no additional charge. Our guarantee does not cover issues unrelated to the cleaning service provided (e.g., pre-existing damage, construction defects).

6. Liability

Post Construction Cleaners LLC is fully licensed and insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage to your property during service, we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the total value of the service provided. We are not liable for damage to fragile, improperly secured, or pre-damaged items unless specifically noted before service begins.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For recurring services or contractor accounts, payment terms may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

8. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site to submit false information, spam, or any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Changes to Terms
